These Payment Terms apply to all bookings and payments made through the LineupBridge platform and form part of the LineupBridge Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with a payment, the Organizer confirms that it has read, understood and accepted these Payment Terms and the LineupBridge Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 A booking is not confirmed until: (a) the DJ has accepted the relevant booking request; and (b) the Organizer has successfully paid the full agreed booking amount through the Platform.

1.2 The Organizer shall pay the full booking amount at the time of booking confirmation.

1.3 Payments are processed through LineupBridge’s designated third-party payment provider.

2. Holding and Release of Funds

2.1 Following successful payment, the booking amount shall be held through LineupBridge’s designated payment provider pending completion of the relevant event.

2.2 Following successful completion of the event, LineupBridge shall: (a) deduct the applicable platform commission and/or service fees; and (b) release the remaining amount to the DJ.

2.3 An event shall be treated as successfully completed where the DJ has attended and performed the agreed services and no dispute concerning non-performance or material breach has been raised by the Organizer within 24 hours following the scheduled end time of the event.

2.4 If no such notification is received within that 24-hour period, LineupBridge may treat the event as successfully completed and proceed with the release of funds without further confirmation from the Organizer.

3. Cancellation by the Organizer

The following cancellation terms apply to confirmed bookings:

More than 15 days before the event: The Organizer receives a 100% refund of the booking amount. LineupBridge will not retain any platform commission or service fee.

Between 15 days and 3 days before the event: The Organizer receives a 50% refund. The remaining 50% is released to the DJ, subject to the applicable LineupBridge commission and/or service fees.

Less than 3 days before the event: The booking amount is non-refundable and shall be released to the DJ, subject to the applicable LineupBridge commission and/or service fees.

Any cancellation compensation payable to a DJ is intended to compensate for the loss of the confirmed booking, including potential alternative booking opportunities, preparation, scheduling commitments and related commercial arrangements.

4. Cancellation or Non-Performance by the DJ

4.1 If the DJ cancels a confirmed booking for reasons that do not qualify as Force Majeure, the Organizer shall receive a full refund of the booking amount.

4.2 If the DJ fails to attend or perform the agreed services without valid justification or Force Majeure, the Organizer shall be entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.

5. Force Majeure

A Force Majeure Event means an event beyond the reasonable control of the affected party that prevents performance despite reasonable efforts, including:

serious illness or medical emergency supported by reasonable evidence; government restrictions or legal prohibitions; travel bans or major transportation disruptions; or natural disasters.

Force Majeure does not include double bookings, poor calendar management, or personal or commercial preference decisions.

6. Disputes

6.1 Any claim concerning DJ non-performance or material breach must be submitted to LineupBridge within 24 hours following the scheduled end time of the event.

6.2 Where a dispute is raised within this period, LineupBridge may temporarily withhold the relevant funds while reviewing the circumstances and evidence submitted by the parties.

6.3 LineupBridge may facilitate a reasonable resolution but is not required to act as a formal adjudicator between the Organizer and DJ.

6.4 LineupBridge may determine whether funds should be released to the DJ or refunded to the Organizer, in whole or in part, in accordance with the LineupBridge Terms and Conditions.

7. Refunds

7.1 Refunds shall be processed through the original payment method and remain subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.

7.2 Refund amounts may be reduced by third-party costs actually incurred in connection with the original transaction or refund, including payment processing fees, banking charges and currency conversion costs.

Such amounts are third-party charges and are not commissions retained by LineupBridge.

8. Mutual Cancellation Arrangements

The Organizer and DJ may mutually agree in writing, including through the Platform messaging system or email, to a different financial arrangement following cancellation.

This may include a full or partial refund, revised allocation of the booking amount, or waiver of an amount otherwise payable.

Any such arrangement is subject to confirmation and implementation by LineupBridge.

9. Payment Provider and Regulatory Matters

9.1 LineupBridge is not a bank, payment institution or financial institution.

9.2 Payment processing, holding and transfer of funds are facilitated through third-party payment providers and may therefore be subject to their processing requirements, verification procedures and applicable terms.

9.3 LineupBridge may delay, withhold or suspend a payment or payout where reasonably necessary for:

(a) dispute resolution; (b) fraud prevention; (c) identity or account verification; or (d) compliance with applicable law or regulatory requirements.

10. Relationship with the Terms and Conditions

These Payment Terms should be read together with the LineupBridge Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any inconsistency, the full Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
